TERMS:
A 25% deposit is required when an order is placed. Full balance is due upon pick-up. We accept cash and in-state personal checks. Orders are accepted subject to availability, regulations, weather, and all conditions beyond our control. Orders may be cancelled or delayed by seller without liability to the seller. We reserve the right to request a 50% deposit on any order before digging.
Prices quoted are F.O.B. our farm.
CANCELLATIONS:
We must receive any cancellation request in reasonable time before the expected digging date. If you cancel your order of any plant material already dug, you are responsible for its total value and you will be billed accordingly.
GUARANTEE:
We cannot guarantee potted or dug trees, as we have no control over soil, weather, care of tree, planting, or maintenance after the trees leave our farm. We will not replace trees that fail to live or thrive. However, we will say our trees are handled with great care while on our farm and are dug with a size ball that surpasses specifications of the industry. Please remember that trees are a perishable product, and should be planted and watered right away.
PICKUPS:
Plants become your property upon pickup. We cannot be responsible for loss, damage, or delay in transit. We will not be responsible for the condition of plants that are not picked up within seven days of customer notification that the order is ready. Customer-owned trucks need to supply adequate tree support at rear of truck or trailer, proper strapping, and suitable tarp to protect trees during transit.
Sales tax will be added to all sales unless a PA Tax Exemption form is supplied.
All orders must be picked up by “Appointment Only.” Please call ahead.
All orders are booked on the distinct understanding that the purchaser agrees to the conditions of sale as stated above.
